Service Description

A customized yoga class designed around the needs and desires of each particular client to improve their health and wellness. These classes are led in a safe and friendly environment that focus on increasing strength, flexibility, range of motion, posture, digestion and over all well being. All props and mats will be provided, unless you wish to bring your own.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't cancel the appointment within this timeframe, 50% of the session's fee will be required.
